Adjust for comfort. Slip foot into shoe and close laces. When applied you should feel firm compression and protection. May be worn directly over skin or with a sock. Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation. May be applied to left or right ankle.. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Pull sleeve over ankle, like a sock. Lay straps out flat. Wrap straps over front of ankle, close on opposite side (figure 8). Pull harder for a tighter fit.
