If you need a brace that will keep the kneecap from moving medially or towards the inside of your knee you will need to order the opposite leg. For example: If the leg that you need the brace for is the right leg, you will need to order a left brace so that the buttress will be on the correct side of your knee.This will change the buttress location and protect against medial dislocation.
