Standard in resistive hand exercise material. Each color-coded putty has a different consistency ranging from xx-soft for strengthening the weakest grasp to extra-firm for developing a stronger grip. 

Available in convenient easy-to open, plastic containers (2, 3, 4 and 6 ounce) for individual patients to use at home and a choice of larger containers (1 and 5 pound) for the hospital or clinic. Cando Theraputty material is gluten, casein and latex free.

Cando TheraPutty Hand Exercises

1) Finger scissor – make a putty ball and squeeze it between your fingers.

2) Fingertip pinch – pinch the putty between each finger and thumb.

3) Power grip – grab the putty and squeeze all your fingers into it.

4) Flat pinch – straighten your fingers and pinch the putty down into your thumb.

5) Finger spread – place the putty around two fingers and try to spread them apart.

6) Finger extension – loop the putty over the end of the finger while it is bent, try to straighten your finger.

7) Finger spread – Take the putty and wrap it around your hand in a donut shape while keeping your fingers together. Then spread your fingers to stretch the putty out.

8) Full grip – squeeze your fingers into the putty-like you are making a fist.
