To achieve maximum results, complete the stretches and strength exercises in addition to wearing the Posture Medic.
Do not wear the Posture Medic for longer than 30 minutes at a time, and immediately remove it if you experience any tingling in the arms, pain or pinching sensations.
The determining factor in selecting the strength (Original or Plus) of Posture Medic (see chart below) is based on your current level of activity. Usually, most people should start with the "Original Strength" and may then advance to the "Plus Strength" in time. For athletes or those have regular workouts could start with the "Plus Strength" immediately.
Please Note : The size chart does not factor in oversized chest girth. Large individuals may require the "Plus Strength" regardless of activity level to better support the chest area.
