The Posture Medic is designed to overcome poor postural habits and retrain our body to stand up straight with an easy Stretch - Strengthen - Stabilise program.
Probably it is best described as a hybrid exerciser and posture brace that can be used to help correct poor posture by retraining the core muscles.

The determining factor in selecting the strength (Original or Plus) of Posture Medic (see chart below) is based on your current level of activity.
